[ He walked in with a lot of confidence that they would be assisted right away, but that's largely based on his experiences with tailor shops before. On a busy day such as this one, they are merely two normal customers who waited until the last minute to order their clothing.
He waits for a few more moments, and then, growing frustrated (also after one of the shop helpers points to the supplies again), grabs the tape measure for himself. ]

[ Percival can't exactly refuse another drink, so he takes it, and is now stuck standing there awkwardly holding two drinks. It doesn't even dawn on him at first that he looks very odd like this.
His brow furrows, displeased with the answer Akira provides. He... cannot refuse someone who is honest about their financial need, even if that was basically a non-answer. To Percival's mind, affected by the red sparkles around him, it is a roundabout way of affirming that Akira needs money.
It makes sense. He did just begin life in El Nysa, apparently.
He sets down one of his drinks and reaches into his pocket for his wallet, fishing out 300 silver and offering the bills to Akira. ]
Take this. It will not sustain you for very long, but it will help you get started.
